Teaching

from Bangkok to Sydney and Chicago to Scottsdale. As a partner
and co-founder of educational enterprises and real estate
franchises, Mr. Snyder has developed a love for educating others
on how to become financially secure through the wonderful world
of real estate investing.

Instructor - Jim Allfrey
Jiim's real
estate experience includes commercial, "sandwich-type"
leases; contract negotiations; development and construction of
new buildings, as well as the purchase and sale of a number of
individual homes, due to promotions and transfers. He currently
owns investment real estate in several states and focuses on
residential properties. He sees the opportunity that real estate
investment provides as the best entrepreneurial activity
available in America, as well as the fastest method for
increasing long-term wealth.

DeYoung
Curtis L. DeYoung is Founder, President, and
Chief Executive Officer of American Pension Services, a company
organized in 1982, for the purpose of allowing the more
aggressive investors to direct individually their retirement
funds as broadly as the law allows. Curtis is dedicated to
