financially secure through the wonderful world of real estate

Investing
and Business Finance
Instructor
- Jim Allfrey
Jim's real estate experience includes
commercial, "sandwich-type" leases; contract
negotiations; development and construction of new buildings, as
well as the purchase and sale of a number of individual homes,
due to promotions and transfers. He currently owns investment
real estate in several states and focuses on residential
properties. He sees the opportunity that real estate investment
provides as the best entrepreneurial activity available in
America, as well as the fastest method for increasing long-term
wealth.
Instructor-
Lance Dehning
As a full-time
real estate investor, Lance primarily focuses on rehabbing and is
also involved in a variety of other real estate investing
methods.
He
graduated cum laude from
St. Olaf College in Minnesota, with a double major in Economics
and Asian Studies. He received his Master's degree in Education
from Willamette University in Oregon, where he graduated magna
cum laude,
Lance believes
